Bhubaneswar, Feb 19: Biswabharati, Cuttack beat RYCC, Rourkela by four wickets to enter the final of the NM Bhuyan and Sourav Mohanty Memorial Trophy cricket tournament here Thursday.
Man of the match Rashmi Ranjan Das (82, 59b, 4×11, 6×3) continued his brilliant form and hit a blistering half century to be the chief architect in Biswabharati’s victory as they chased down victory target of 135 runs in 22 overs, losing six wickets in the process.
Earlier RYCC scored 135 runs in 30 overs, getting all out in the process with Ajit Behera (30) emerging as the top scorer. Ramesh Behera (3/22) and Tapendra Singh (3/29) bowled well to share six wickets among themselves.
