Popular choreographer Ganesh Acharya made an appearance in ‘The Kapil Sharma’ show to reveal that he has lost a whopping 98 kg of body weight.
In the trailer of the latest episode shared on social media, host Kapil Sharma seemed stunned by Ganesh’s drastic weight loss and proceeded to ask him the secret behind his transformation.
When Ganesh revealed that he has lost nearly 100 kgs, Kapil joked, “Chote chote shehro me 46-46 kilo ke aadmi hotey hai. Do aadmi gayab kar diye apne (In smaller towns, you will find men who weigh around 46 kgs. You made two men disappear!).”
Ganesh, who once weighed 200 kg, has been quite determined for the last few years to lose his excessive body weight. In an interview with HT a few years ago, Ganesh had said: “It was very tough for me. For the past one-and-a-half years I have been working on my body. After putting on around 40 kgs for my film Hey Bro, my weight touched 200 kgs. I have to shed that now.”
Ganesh was accompanied by Terrence Lewis and Geeta Kapoor on the show.
On the professional front, Ganesh is set to appear in the lead role of a film titled ‘Dehati Disco’.
