Bhubaneswar: The body of a young man was found in an autorickshaw on Rama Devi Women’s University campus in Bhubaneswar Sunday.
According to a source, some students of the university found the body Sunday in an autorickshaw parked near an auditorium on the university campus. They immediately informed the university administration and local police.
After being informed, police reached the spot and sent the body to Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar for a post-mortem.
The cops also questioned some students for an initial probe. During questioning, the students denied seeing any autorickshaws entering the university campus, the source added. There were no injury marks on the deceased’s body, the source added.
Police are yet to determine the identity of the deceased.
A detailed probe is underway. Cops are trying to establish the deceased’s relationship with the autorickshaw’s driver.
