Cuttack: Several computers and documents were gutted in a fire which broke out at the Bank of India’s Biju Patnaik Park branch in CDA Sector 10 here, Saturday morning.
Local residents first spotted thick smoke coming out from the building at 8.00am.
On being informed, fire personnel rushed to the spot and doused the flames. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, while the extent of damage can only be found after an assessment by bank officials.
