At a very young age, Meet Sijariya stands at the forefront of youth-led climate action and global advocacy. As a panellist at the Dharitri Youth Conclave, Meet brings a wealth of experience from his extensive work across youth networks, climate movements, and global forums. Currently a sophomore at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University, Meet has a track record of academic excellence.
His academic brilliance is matched by his dedication to tackling some of the world’s most pressing challenges, particularly in the realm of climate change. As Vice Chair of Partnerships & Stakeholders at Commonwealth Youth Climate Change Network, Meet represents voices of 56 countries and 1.5 billion youth, working to amplify youth participation in the fight against climate change. He is also the youngest global fellow for Mercedes-Benz beVisioneers programme and the youngest South Asian Shaper in World Economic Forum’s Under 30 Network. His participation reflects his commitment to empowering the next generation of climate leaders and driving transformative change on a global scale.
