Baleshwar: A motorcycle showroom was gutted in a fire in Odisha’s Baleshwar district Wednesday morning, police said.
Police added that as many as eight motorcycles were gutted after a fire broke out at a motorcycle showroom in the Sahadevkhunta police limits, damaging accessories, furniture and other items stored inside the premises.
The blaze reportedly erupted in the morning and quickly spread across the showroom. Motorcycles kept as stock were caught in the flames, with several of them destroyed.
A fire services department official said the flames were doused within 30 minutes, and the situation is under control now. Nobody was injured in the blaze.
