Cuttack: In an interesting revelation, sources in the Commissionerate Police Saturday said that gangster Hyder has three girlfriends and that he was in touch with all the three women over phone after his escape from police custody at SCB.
“The three women did not know each other and Hyder was having conversations with them from different mobile numbers. Police came to know about the trio from the call details of Hyder,” said a source in the Commissionerate.
One of Hyder’s girlfriends is a resident of Bhogarai in Balasore district while the other two are from Pattamundai in Kendrapara and Mahanga in Cuttack district.
“One of Hyder’s girlfriends is around 18 years while the other two are around 22 and 26. Police had managed to nab Hyder from Telangana after tracking his phone calls,” added the source.
Notably, twin-city Police Commissioner Soumendra Priyadarshi Friday claimed that eight persons including three women had assisted Hyder in his escape from police custody.
