Next in line was a wellness program by Sanjukta Mohanty, a wellness coach. She said, “Women must know how to keep themselves healthy. They do all household chores and forget their breakfast. They take the leftovers of whatever they feed their child.”

“Due to these habits, I had multiple problems by the time I was 30 years old. I was irritated and angry all the time. I went into depression. However, my husband helped me with my nutrition. I would say that I have got a second life due to my husband,” she added.

This was followed by a storytelling session by Richa Sinha, founder, Story Munch, from Jamshedpur. She began by saying, “Once upon a time there was a little girl.” Her inspiring story based on the journey of a little girl filled the crowd with excitement.

A visitor Pratiksha Padhi said, “The storytelling session by Richa Sinha was nothing short of inspiring. I was lost in the world narrated by her. Her slogan ‘I think I can’ has instilled a sense of confidence in me. This was a memorable experience indeed.”

A talk show on ‘Women at work-The work culture’ by guest speakers Shanta Baliarsingh, owner, Apple Wood, Rita Baliarsingh, Gargi Bhattacharya, founder, Zain Foundation and Nivedita Satpathy, of WCSM was insightful and riveting.

A visitor Anshuman Nanda said, “I love the classical dance forms of our state. Artistes of the academy have shown the true talents of the state. After a meaningful and memorable experience during the talk show and storytelling session, the cultural programme was the icing on the cake. I will surely attend the programme next year too.”
