Coffee or tea drunk after breakfast can also bring some benefits to your health.

Do not sit in one place for hours: Research has found that sitting for hours at one place causes great harm to the body. In this case, the amount of fat in the body increases and the weight starts increasing. Experts have also been advised to keep moving from time to time for weight loss.
