Bhubaneswar: A meeting between members of the Odisha Cold Storage Association (OCSA) and entrepreneurs interested in setting up cold storage facilities was held at Krushi Bhawan here Saturday.
The session was chaired by the Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department principal secretary, Arabinda Kumar Padhee.
Departmental officials held detailed discussions with entrepreneurs regarding the state government’s new cold storage policy.
Agricultural entrepreneurs from across Odisha welcomed the initiative, stating it would aid in preserving produce and boosting the state’s agricultural economy.
