Bahanaga: A motorcyclist was killed and the pillion rider was injured in a road accident it met with an accident with a car at Asamila diversion of Barikpur village market on National Highway-16 of this block in Balasore district Friday.
The deceased is from Jaleswar area. The injured was rushed to the nearby hospital.
Sources said, the car coming from Cuttack to Balasore collided with the number-less bike going on the same direction.
On being informed, police reached the spot, sent the body for post-mortem and seized the vehicles.
