“I am an early riser and my day starts with yoga and fennel tea. People prefer green tea but my morning is incomplete without fennel tea,” says the actress.
TIME FOR CRONIES
“Sunday is also the day to catch up with friends. We go to different places — like shopping malls and restaurants. Or else we visit a friend’s place,” she says.
DIET-FREE SUNDAY
On Sundays, Swati gives her diet chart a break. “I have only one day to relish my favourite items. I like to have pasta, especially mushroom pasta. But I make sure to burn extra calories the very next day,” she says.
LEISURE HOURS
“I love to read books of Devdutt Pattanaik. I also like to write and blog, which are creative pursuits,” she says.
