Bhubaneswar: In a bid to make state-run transport corporation passenger friendly, Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) has introduced a dedicated toll-free number.
Under 5T initiative of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, the helpline number 1800-345-1122 has been launched to safeguard the interests of the public thereby bringing in transparency and making redressal of passengers’ grievances easy.
The passengers can now dial the toll-free number to avail OSRTC bus-related information and they can also share their feedback, official sources said here Thursday.
The toll-free number will operate 24X7 at the OSRTC office here for the convenience of travellers. Based on the experiences gained and the feedback received from the passengers, remedial measures will be taken to enrich the experience of passengers travelling in OSRTC buses, the source said.
