Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu is scheduled to visit Odisha October 27 and 28 and attend a mega eye screening camp in Rairangpur in Mayurbhanj district October 27, Mayurbhanj MP Naba Charan Majhi said Tuesday.
Murmu will return to New Delhi October 28, according to the MP.
The eye camp is scheduled to be held from October 26 to 30. Around 100 veteran ophthalmologists from New Delhi are expected to participate and provide free eye screening and related services to people.
The visit will take the president to her home district of Mayurbhanj, where the eye camp is being organised as part of the five-day programme.
