The State Bank of India (SBI) is all set to fill a total of 442 positions through its SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Recruitment 2023 drive.
The Specialist Cadre Officer positions will be available on both regular and contractual bases, as stated in the notification. Interested candidates who meet all the eligibility criteria can apply for these 442 positions on the official SBI website at sbi.co.in. According to the notification, the registration window opens on September 16 and closes on October 6, 2023.

In total, there are 442 posts available for the SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Recruitment in 2023.
Among these, 439 are regular posts, further divided as follows: 240 posts for General candidates, 30 posts for EWS candidates, 94 posts for OBC candidates, 22 posts for ST candidates, and 53 posts for SC candidates. Additionally, there are three contractual posts.

Educational qualification:
Candidates are required to possess a BE/ BTech in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology / Electronics/ Electronics & Communications Engineering/ Software Engineering or
equivalent degree in above specified discipline or MCA or MTech/ MSc in (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronic & Communications Engineering or equivalent degree in above specified discipline) from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt of India/ approved by govt regulatory bodies.
Age limit
Candidates are advised to visit the official notification, as the age limit varies from post to post.
Selection process
The selection procedure consists of a written examination conducted at multiple centres across the country. Moreover, for specific roles, applicants will undergo a selection process that includes an initial screening process followed by an interview.
Application fee
The application fee, along with intimation charges, totals Rs750 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. However, SC, ST, and PwBD applicants are exempt from paying any fees.
