Bhubaneswar, Jan 19: The stage is set for a massive ‘digital meet’ of Biju Chhatra Janata Dal (BCJD) to be held at Unit-IX Rashtra Bhasa Prachar Ground here Tuesday.
More than 20,000 students are likely to attend the meet which will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
Prior to this, the BCJD organised a huge motorcycle rally Monday in which hundreds of youths participated along with BCJD leaders.
BCJD members started the rally from Forest Park area and travelled across the city.
The student wing, which plans to air its Tuesday meet live on the web, claims this will be the first-ever digital meet in the state. Students and youth can view the meeting live by logging on to www.bjdodisha.org.in, a member of the students’ wing said.
Topics such as the current education scenario, education infrastructure, hostel facilities for students, education loan facility for students and other youth-related issues will be discussed at the meeting.
