New York: Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan has enrolled at the New York University (NYU), and the proud mom could not resist sharing the happy news on social media.
Gauri Khan took to Instagram and posted a video in which Suhana Khan can be seen climbing the stairs of the film school at the university. Sporting a white top and blue denim shorts, Suhana flaunts her college girl look by teaming it up with a black bag.
“A glimpse of a college freshman day. #NYU,” Gauri captioned the video. However, she deleted it later.
Earlier this year, Suhana Khan completed her graduation from Ardingly College in England.
A while back in an interview with ‘Zoom TV’, Suhana Khan’s BFF, Ananya Panday had revealed that her friend will be heading to New York University’s film school for the next couple of years to study. According to Ananya Panday, then only will Suhana enter the Hindi film industry. “Whenever she (Suhana )wants to, she will start acting,” said Ananya Panday. She is actually going to the film school; she is going to NYC to study. So I think she wants to finish her education and make the most of that time and then whenever she wants to she will come back and act,” Ananya had said.
In another interview, Ananya couldn’t stop gushing about Suhana’s acting skills: “Suhana’s going to NYU to study acting and I think that’s amazing. She is such a good actor, if you’ve seen her videos online. I’ve always seen her act and loved how she is. We don’t have any serious conversations about acting. We’re like sisters so it’s the fun and fluffy stuff. But if anyone is making a film on three best friends, please cast Suhana, Shanaya and I – maybe a ‘Dil Chahta Hai 2’,” Ananya had said.
