The arrested persons were identified as Kedar Mohanty (32) of Hanumantia village in Kural panchayat, Alok Kumar Barad (24) of Khatia Bhanjasahi village under Sarankul police limits and Santosh Kumar Champaty (31) of Aanlamada village under Khandapada police limits. Four of their accomplices, however, managed to flee during the police raid.
