Angul: Two minor siblings who were wandering around after being abandoned by some miscreants at Angul bus stand were rescued Friday morning.
The siblings aged around three years and six years respectively were spotted by some bus hawkers at Angul bus stand. They informed the police outpost.
The police officials took them to Angul police station and later the siblings were handed over to the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) officials.
Both the siblings are now stationed at a children home. According to sources, both the siblings hail from Dhenkanal district.
It is not yet clear that who brought the siblings to Angul and what was the motive behind such an act.
