Balasore: A mutilated body of a youth was found in a nullah near a bridge at Budagadia village under Khaira police station in this district Thursday morning.
The deceased was identified as Lambu Hembram of Kolipada village under Govindapur gram panchayat in this district.
Some local residents first spotted the body floating in the nullah and alerted the fire brigade officials. A firefighting team later reached the spot and rushed him to a hospital, but the doctors declared him brought dead.
The exact reason behind the act is yet to be ascertained.
