Choudwar: A 25-year-old youth sustained critical injuries after being hit by an unknown vehicle in front of a bank on NH-55 here Sunday afternoon. The youth was identified as Soumya Ranjan Pradhan, a resident of Jobra Barrage road area.
According to sources, Soumya was on the way home on his motorcycle when an unknown vehicle hit him and fled the spot. Locals spotted him in unconscious state and informed the Choudwar police who reached the spot and sent him to SCB Medical College and Hospital.
