Jharsuguda: Two persons including a woman were killed in a head-on collision between a car and a motorbike near Gandiabud Square here Wednesday. The deceased were identified as Suraj Sunani (29) of Balijori and Pinky Singh (25) of Kalimandir Gosh Colony.
BTM outpost police seized the bodies and sent them for post-mortem to the district headquarters hospital. Police seized the car and launched a probe while the car driver was absconding after the incident.
Sources said the incident occurred while Suraj and Pinky on a motorbike were returning home from Brajarajnagar. The speeding car collided with their bike.
