Berhampur: Residents overpowered four youths and handed them over to police after they unleashed a reign of terror at Ashok Nagar under Baidyanathpur police limits here Thursday.
Residents panicked after over seven youth carrying sharp-edged weapons fought with each other in the area. Police arrested four of them while the rest were released as they were juvenile after issuing them strict warning.
A case was registered in this connection and the accused were produced in the court. A sword and two guns were seized from their possession, police IIC Jay Kumar Pattnaik said.
