Cuttack: In a major haul, the central division of the Odisha excise department arrested a man and seized around 55 grams of brown sugar from Badambadi area in the city Monday.
The seized item is estimated to cost about Rs 5.5lakh in the international market. The accused is Dilip Behera of Haladipadia slum in Bhubaneswar. He was taking the consignment from Cuttack to Bhubaneswar.
Acting on a tip-off, the excise police nabbed him.
