Odisha reports 4,237 new COVID-19 cases, total exceeds 1.92 lakh

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Wednesday registered 4,237 new COVID-19 cases, taking the total tally in the state to 1,92,548.

Out of the 4,237 new cases, 2,485 were reported from quarantine centres while 1,752 are local contacts.

District wise breakdown: Angul reported 110 new cases, Balasore 161, Bargarh 121, Bhadrak 136, Balangir 67, Boudh 43, Cuttack 577, Deogarh 22, Dhenkanal 70, Gajapati 42, Ganjam 71, Jagatsinghpur 173, Jajpur 201, Jharsuguda 205, Kalahandi 57, Kandhamal 55, Kendrapara 148, Keonjhar 42, Khurda 647, Koraput 89, Malkangiri 44, Mayurbhanj 139, Nabarangpur 70, Nayagarh 50, uapada 115, Puri 219, Rayagada 51, Sambalpur 111, Sonepur 131, Sundargarh 101 and state pool 169.

The total number of active cases in the state now stands at 38,546.
