Bhubaneswar: A journalist sustained injuries as some miscreants allegedly attacked him with a sword in Bhubaneswar’s VSS Nagar area, a source said Sunday.
The incident took place Saturday night.
The victim, identified as Jyotiranjan Mohapatra, has sustained injuries on his head and hand by the sword attack. Subsequently, he was admitted to Capital Hospital, the source added.
The exact reason behind the attack is unclear.
Mancheswar Police have started an investigation into the matter.
