Paradip: Body of the school student, who had gone missing while taking bath at Paradip sea Tuesday, was found at the sea beach Wednesday morning.
The deceased Anshuman Das, a Class IX student of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Paradip Port, was taking bath along with his classmates Sai Jyoti and Subham Kullu when they got swept away by strong water current.
While Sai and Subham were rescued by locals participating in a Swachh Bharat Abhiyan organised by Paradip Municipality at the sea beach, Anshuman had gone missing.
A joint search and rescue operation had been launched by fire services personnel, fishermen and Indian Coat Guard.
Today morning his body was found at the sea beach near Hanuman Temple in Paradip.
