Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Monday said the state government would place its demands for financial help in the wake of cyclone Titli and the consequent floods before the Centre after assessing the damage.
Patnaik also said he would not celebrate his birthdayTuesday in view of the cyclone and the floods.
He also wished the people of the state on the occasion of Durga puja.
