Chandigarh: Punjab Cabinet Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu, who is at loggerheads with Chief Minister Amarinder Singh, was missing from the Cabinet meeting Thursday, it is learnt.
This was the first meeting of the Cabinet after the Lok Sabha elections.
