Cuttack: A major fire broke out at the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) office on Bajrakabati road in Cuttack Friday.
On being informed, fire services personnel rushed to the spot and are trying to control the flames.
There were no cases of injuries or casualties at the time of filing this report.
It is suspected that the incident occurred due to electric short-circuit. That said, precise reason behind the incident is yet to be known.
Meanwhile, the telecom operator’s services have been affected in the city following the mishap.
