In hyper-pigmentation, the marks on the skin will be small or big, it depends on the skin of the people. But, if it is left uncared, then it may lead to serious problem. You can adopt some home remedies to get rid of it.

Raw potatoes: Potatoes contain catalase enzyme which helps in controlling melanocytes. In such a situation, to control it, take some raw potatoes and put some water drops in it. Now rub it in circular motion on face for 8-10 minutes then wash it with clean water. You can follow this recipe twice a week.
Use lemon: You can use lemon juice to reduce freckles. You keep them on the face for 15 to 20 minutes and then clean it with lukewarm water. You can use it twice a week to get rid of the problem. Honey can make skin soft.
Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera is considered very good to get rid of hyper-pigmentation. For this, prepare a paste by mixing honey and Aloe Vera gel in a bowl. Now leave it for 10 minutes. Now apply it on the affected area and leave it for 20 minutes. You can use it twice a week.
