India opt to bat in rain-truncated historic one-off T20I against Japan

Sano (Japan): India captain Shreyas Iyer won the toss and elected to bat against Japan in their rain-truncated historic one-off T20I against Japan in Sano Tuesday.

The contest was reduced to a 5-overs-per-side affair after wet outfield owing to heavy overnight rain delayed the start of play.
