Bhubaneswar: The online application for Odisha junior teacher recruitment 2023 began Wednesday.
The eligible candidates can apply for the post of junior teacher (schematic) through online mode. The candidates can submit online applications till October 10. No other mode of application will be accepted and there will be no examination fees.
As per a notice issued by the Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA), the Odisha government will recruit as many as 20,000 junior teachers in primary and upper primary schools of the state.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of marks secured on computer-based test (CBT) to be conducted by the government. The date, time and examination centre of the test will be mentioned on the admit card of the concerned candidates.
Salary:
The remuneration of the Odisha junior teacher (Schematic) will be Rs 11,100 per month excluding EPF of the employer share.
The junior teacher (Schematic) will be eligible to be a junior teacher after three years of continuous and satisfactory service and remuneration will be Rs 13,800 excluding EPF of employer.
A junior teacher after three years of continuous and satisfactory service will be appointed as a regular elementary teacher through absorption in the elementary cadre and the salary will be Rs 23,600 and DA, HRA, and other allowances will be admissible per month.

How to apply:
To apply for the Odisha junior teacher recruitment 2023 candidates need not upload any documents other than a passport-size colour photo and scanned signature. In addition to these, candidates need to fulfil all the required information during the online application process.
