A chilling video is going viral on social media showing a scooter rider in Kerala collapsing on the road after being bitten by a baby cobra hidden inside his helmet.
In the video, the man can be seen fainting suddenly while riding his scooter. Bystanders rushed to help and took him to a nearby hospital. But when someone checked the helmet, they discovered a small cobra curled inside, the cause of the man’s sudden collapse.
According to the video, shared by the “Health Tips Kannada” account and later reposted by Manoj Sharma from Lucknow, the cobra bit the rider on the head after feeling threatened. The venom caused the man to lose consciousness on the spot, leading many to fear he had died. However, he was rushed to the hospital and survived after receiving urgent treatment.

“This is a video from South India. A baby cobra was hiding in the helmet and bit the person’s head,” Sharma wrote in the caption. Doctors reportedly said that if treatment had been delayed, the outcome could have been fatal.
