A horrifying video from China has sparked widespread shock on social media. In the video, a woman is seen hanging from a 10th-floor balcony, desperately trying to save her life. According to reports, the woman was hiding from her alleged lover’s wife when the situation escalated within seconds.
Neighbours spotted the woman dangling from the balcony of a high-rise building, gripping the railing with one hand and repeatedly losing her balance as onlookers watched in terror from below.
A shirtless young man is seen near the window, talking to the woman. Moments later, he moves back inside, leaving her struggling alone outside the building.

The woman, who was holding her mobile phone, slowly risked her way down using the drainpipe and window ledges, moving inch by inch. She grabbed pipes, clung to window sills, and eventually reached the window of the flat below. She banged on it repeatedly, calling for help.
Fortunately, someone inside opened the window and pulled her in, narrowly saving her life. Reports say the woman was inside her lover’s apartment when his wife arrived unexpectedly. Panicking, the man allegedly pushed her onto the balcony to hide her, leading to a life-threatening situation.
The video quickly went viral on Chinese social media. Viewers expressed shock over the dangerous escape. Many said the woman risked her life, while others noted that she may face severe embarrassment in the future. Some users warned that climbing down a high-rise in such a manner is essentially “inviting death.”
