Subarnapur: Police arrested a drug peddler and seized 40kg of ganja in Jhinki village under Subarnapur police limits. The arrested was Mohan Meher of Jharsuguda district.
Acting on a tip off, the Subarnapur cops laid a trap at Jhinki village and intercepted the Bolero van carrying the contraband. The driver was arrested. The ganja sack was being transported to neighbouring Chhattisgarh from Boudh district.
The accused was produced in court.
