Raisuan: A poor tribal couple – Darab Munda and Saibani Munda – of Rugudisahi in Baradapl panchayat in Keonjhar are in distress for the treatment of their visually challenged baby.
Six months ago, the baby was taken to the district headquarters hospital where the baby’s blindness was detected. Doctors had referred the baby to SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack.
The baby is said to be malnourished while the poor couple is too broke to pay for the treatment. Social activist Sanjay Sahu and locals demanded that the administration help out the poor couple who has been living in misery.
