Cuttack: The iconic Bali Jatra in Cuttack will be held from November 5 to 12, as decided in a meeting chaired by District Collector Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde.
The district administration said Friday that this year stalls will be set up only on the lower ground, not on the upper ground. The upper ground will remain free of commercial setups to ensure better crowd management and safety.
The fair showcases Odisha’s rich cultural heritage, offering a vibrant mix of traditional crafts, cuisine, and cultural performances.
