Derabish: In a shocking incident, a girl alleged she was raped by her father at Derabish area in Kendrapara district. The matter came to the fore after the victim lodged a complaint with the police Friday.
Acting on the girl’s complaint, police registered a case and detained the accused father for interrogation.
A probe is on and necessary action will be taken after interrogation, IIC Sudhir Kumar Sahu said.
