Kuanrmunda: Vigilance sleuths raided the house of Ramlal Tanti, headmaster of Jalangbira Project UP School at Raeboga road area under Biramitrapur municipality in Sundargarh district, on a charge of amassing property beyond his known sources of income.
The raid started about 6 in the morning, informed Rourkela vigilance DSP Dillip Kumar Kar.
Preliminary investigations put the estimated value of Kar’s property, including a two-storied building, a car (Maruti Suzuki Desire) and a market complex, at over Rs 1crore.
