Amarpali: Police Sunday recovered a youth’s body from a forest near Kusadadar village under Subalaya police limits in Subarnapur district. He was Ramesh Jamudali (20) from the same village. His family suspects it was a pre-planned murder.
According to the family, one Suna Jamudali called Ramesh on the pretext of collecting firewood from the Goudagad reserve forest near the village.
Suna claimed that while chopping a tree, it fell on Ramesh, resulting in his death. The family is not ready to believe this. They suspect he was murdered. Police sent the body for post-mortem.
A case has been registered and a probe was on.
